Exclusively on Tuesdays, swing by Moncur Cellars, pick out a bottle (or two), and we’ll waive the corkage when you bring it in with the receipt to enjoy during your meal with us. That’s right — your next favourite drop, a delicious Bistro Moncur meal, and zero corkage charges. It’s a match made in wine heaven.

Sunday Roast

When the temperature drops, there’s nowhere we’d rather be. Every Sunday this Winter, we’re excited to bring back our famous roasts with a fresh new rotation.
Each week, Head Chef Tom Deadman will select two different roasts that will rotate weekly. Sourced from Australia’s finest regional producers and served with all the trimmings. Pull up a chair. Winter is for Bistro Moncur.
Close the books. Uncork the Champagne.

This winter, mark the end of the financial year the way it ought to be marked — at Bistro Moncur, with a flute of Charles Heidsieck in hand and three unhurried hours to enjoy it.
In partnership with Maison Charles Heidsieck — quietly making Champagne in Reims since 1851 — we’ve put together a package built for teams, clients and good friends ready to toast a year well-spent. Head Chef Tom Deadman sends out six bistro canapés (French classics, with a clever modern wink), while a roving wine list takes you from Hunter Valley Semillon to McLaren Vale Shiraz.
The year-end gathering you’ve been quietly hoping someone would host. Allow us. Santé.
